The breakfast buffet presented wide options each morning. The fresh pastries were delicious. The room included a mini fridge restocked daily with complimentary beverages. The staff at front desk gave quick assistance when i asked for directions.

my room was at 24c upon arrival! i was told only heating was working. the only way to cool it down was opening the window, but it opened only slightly. i could not get good sleep here.

i stayed in a studio balcony room. it included a nice balcony with city views. the location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions, i found taxis readily available at the front door.

The room doors seemed thin. I could hear noise from the hallway easily. it sometimes woke me up at night.

the hotel is situated close to a metro station, providing direct access throughout the city. many restaurants are located nearby, and there's also a lidl supermarket in the area. i liked that it was only a short walk to la rambla.

housekeeping arrived late to the room on several occasions? this was a tad tedious. there was no recognition of my daughter's birthday. i guess it's a hotel chain and birthdays probably don't get a thought. the mattress felt old and worn, not comfortable,.
